Table Linen
In preparation for Saturday nights get together I had a look through my table linen to see what type of state it was in. Unsurprisingly it had been put away with spills and stains from use over the Christmas period.
Taking a shortcut, it is currently soaking in the bath in a weak solution of household bleach. I will then put it through the wash cycle with starch and hope that it returns to its former glory.
It is probably prudent to point out that the linen is white – I wouldn’t recommend this treatment for coloured table linen!
